This recipe is based on our BioSalt recipe posted earlier. It is a healthy basic every kitchen should have! I make Biosalt in bulk and fill all my salt shakers, and pantry salt container with it. We have noticed a difference in our bodies with using it, in comparison to restaurant food which is loaded with sodium chloride! Make the switch, you'll be glad you did!
BALANCED SEASONED SALT |
1/4 c. BioSalt
1 to 2 t. powdered erythritol or xylitol or preferred dry sugar substitute
1 to 2 t. sweet paprika
1 to 2 t. onion powder (not onion salt)
1 to 2 t. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1/4 t. tumeric powder
1/8 t. ground celery seed
1 t. fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
Mix it to your taste, store covered, and enjoy this go-to seasoning.
